Also, thanks for mentioning the book, that is a new one to me.  Does Newbold
actually specify 'fresh' meat as in previously unfrozen and give any
explanation for that?  I have always wondered what the actual effects of
freezing are as I can only get organic grassfed fresh beef once or twice a
year as a special occasion.
