It gives a lot of encouragement for remaining faithful!

I don't follow Zone proportions, and I don't think that is necessary.

My only beef with Sears is he condemns sat fat with no documentation.  At
least for everything else he provides science, studies, etc.

I haven't read it,  but it sounds fascinating.  Either
way I believe it anyway, so reading it might be like
preaching to the choir. :)
