I wasn't exercising this much before either. My doc tested my basal
metabolic rate and he tested at what hr I burn fat most efficiently. I told
him I would like to lose fat in my lower body particular (I have 15% in my
upper body and 31.7% in each leg - VERY frustrating). Therefore he gave me
this exercise regime. The 90 minute session is to really get into the fat
burning. I dunno if it will really work. I think about the HIT that Jim
Swayze I believe is doing.

The only time I exercise for over an hour would be if I'm walking that day
for exercise. My interval training lasts 30 minutes maximum.
