All food labels or Pemmican labels?

The solution is to be a bit more Palaeo and make your own pemmican. It's easy-peasy, you just
need to get the ingredients from a butcher and do it over a 24-hour period. I have posted a guide
at:

http://www.evfit.com/pemmican.htm

If you make your own, you can do the nutritional analysis yourself. If you use beef suet and fully-
dried jerky, you won't have to worry about "pemmican soup"!
