Are there any benefits to cooking say if one is living in a very cold
climate? I ask because if I eat too much sashimi and too many raw
veggies/fruit during the cold Northeast winters, I get cold, constipated
and more lethargic. Conversely, when it's hot and humid, I can eat these
raw foods at every meal with no problems, and if I eat too many cooked
foods, I feel heavy, sluggish and sweaty.
