Yup, and I agree, but it's the fiber I miss. :)
Several people here have mentioned that having BMs despite no or few veggies
are not a problem with the increased fat, but they are for me. Thank you for
the feedback, tho, I may try to increase my fat consumption even more and
see if it helps.
