It's considered "normal" but according to what I've read, if BG is above
about 83 mg/dl, the pancrease will produce some insulin to push it
down.  So that implies that the pancreas "thinks" BG should be less than
or equal to 83.  That some of us can't get it there is basically a sign
of insulin resistance.
