Well, that may answer a question I had. About 2 weeks ago I started craving
sweets again although I don't eat sugar, artificial sweeteners, etc., and
haven't had sugar cravings in a very long time. But I did start adding fruit
to my diet. Not much, a few raspberries (5 to 6) or 2 or 3 strawberries as a
dessert after some meals only. Could that be causing the sugar cravings I am
having? I hope not because I am really enjoying the fruit. I don't drink
fruit juice or eat dried fruit.
