Not really.  The chickens are much healthier if they are fed properly as
  omnivores. They naturally eat bugs and small animals as well as many
other foods.  Grain fed (only) chickens cannot be truly healthy. Get
fertile eggs if you have an option.  The fertile ones do not have the
so-called "inhibition" factor (sorry - forget the details atm).
