Ashley, I found that eating LESS has really helped my
skin. This really stops the greasiness. Sometimes I
feel a bit weak but it seems to work pretty well.

I have come to the conclusion that I crave fruit
because I am not having starch. I believe that MY
body does NEED quite a few carbs. If I don't get
enough, I start feeling very nauseous. So I would fix
that problem by eating a lot of fruit. But this
turned into fruit binge sessions. I decided to add a
little bit of rice and potato/sweet potato back into
my diet. This seems to make me feel a LOT better, and
I don't crave fruit. As my ancestors are
Scottish/Irish I think I might try adding back some
oats too...
I am not sure about how these added starches are
affecting my body though. I haven't noticed any sore
joints or acne return. Adding wheat DEFINATELY makes
a difference though. I'm staying away from that. My
depression seems to have returned a little but I'm not
sure if it's from my eating plan or what.
