Oh, Rhonda, I can understand why you aren't sleeping well. All this stress
will get to you! I'm praying for all of you and hoping that perhaps during
the time she is in the hospital her system will get cleaned out and then if
she can go to a drug treatment program maybe the cycle won't start all over
again. I am here if you ever just need to vent and talk it al out. Loving
you very m,uch
!!!

Subject: off the breathing machine

Mom is off the breathing machine, but she can't talk, her throat is sore.
We, some of the family and I have been trying to tell my dad that Mom needs
to go to a drug treatment program straight from the hospital. My sister Amy
who also has a drug problem doesn't think that is is a good idea, probably
because she often got pills from my mother, she my sister that is, is really
not suppossed to be around her girls who my parents h ave custody of:
but... she is always around. It is all a big mess.
Amy is like Chris out of control, and unlike Kathy, there hasn't been anyone
to say "enough" loving another is hard, it's not all fuzzy feelings,
sometimes it is saying "enough! this will stop, sinceYou will not stop on
your own, or perhaps you can not stop, I will help you, force you to see
that you need help"
My sister is 34 and still acts as she did when she was 17, so it is good
that you Kathy are trying to help your son now, I know it must be hard for
you,
praying for you, pray for us as well!
I really hope dad gets Mom in to a rehab program, I'm really not up for this
again!
there is so much to worry about now, I just want some peace, some
security...
I just feel so tired all the time, I'm not sleeping well,

Rhonda
