Thanks to the many who responded to my query about reacting after touching gluten.  The overwhelming majority said just touching it couldn't be a problem, but touching it and not washing hands afterwards could cause a reaction if you touch your mouth.  However, a few responded that they do react, some with skin problems and some with gastro problems, after touching gluten.  We seem to have different degrees of sensitivity.  

I appreciate all the expressions of concern for my daughter.  She was just sick for one evening.  I'm still not sure what caused it.
