I suspect I should just wait to see if gf bakery goods will show up at
my neighborhood store then find the answer to this question:
Ingredients: could someone list a few items they like the most and list
the ingredients? I have to avoid more than just gluten. I find that
some of the gf bakery items contain bean flours, gums, etc.---stuff that
I cannot tolerate.
I would like to be able to purchase a simple bread (realizing it does
not contain significant nutrients) to freeze and make a sandwich once in
a while.
