I posted this recipe several years ago. I ran a coffee hour in a large Manhattan Church and this was a favorite
Spinach Dip
1 small pkg forzen shpinach, defrosted, drained, squeezed dry and chopped fine
8 oz sour cream
i enevelope oneion soup mix
pepper to taste
pinch nutmeg
blend all ingredients....
note: ingredients amounts are up to you..if too muich spinach for you, half amt or add more sour cream. This is a "wing it" recipe
