I know everyone must get tried of this -- but my son needs some good gluten-free bread. He is single and works ,so is hard for him to make any from scratch. I can make it for him if I can find one good enough. Someone has mentioned Montina flour but we don't have that in the Portland OR area. He has been eating the Food For Life breads which always give him gas-- especially the Rice Pecan. The Raisin isn't as bad but just barely tolerable. If we could solve this problem it would sure help-- he has been without any other bread for 4 years. There really isn't any real healthy bread but one with the least amount of additives, since he eats mostly living foods. Any help would be very appreciated. Helen
