Just a note to let others know that I had a good experience at the Smokey Bones Restaurant on West Colonial in Orlando. I had no previous experience with this restaurant, and I walked in and talked to the manager, Crystal. She was very accommodating with everything and especially as far as cross contamination and I had a great meal, with no after affects. They do not have a Gluten Free menu. Crystal helped me choose a salad, vegetables and a steak. The BBQ is all marinated, so you will need to speak to Crystal when you go into the restaurant. I left Crystal with information about Celiac Disease and told her that I would be writing to the list serve about my experience. I hope those of you in the area will be able to go out to Smokey Bones and get a great meal.
