The magazine 'Advance for  Administrators of the Laboratory' has published
the AP press release from the NIH Consensus Conference. Hopefully it will be
in the hard copy edition as well. Advance runs a number of magazines for
many health-related professions. They have good market penetration as it is
sent free to all of the target audience who are licensed in each state.
