My latest food passion. It's s-o-o-o-o simple & s-o-o-o-o good!
Boil Brown Rice speghetti noodles for 10 minutes. Drain & immediately* stir
in some olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, dried basil, dried thyme & fresh
minced garlic.
Add an Italian braut or a few stir fried shrimp, a green salad & you have a
great meal.
*Brown rice pasta is very sticky, but if you put oil in it as soon as it's
drained, it's a lot easier to manage. It also seems to help if you put some
oil in the cooking water.
