Hello,

I tried to do the Sitting up Pooh mold (seam goes down the side of the pan)
for my daughter's birthday party. The batter streamed thru the mold and
into the pan I had placed below it. I am using Betty Hagman's original gf
rice flour mix. I followed a BHG recipe but may have doubled the butter by
mistake. Toddlers helping Mama bake and I was a bit distracted.

Is the problem the butter or the fact that there is no gluten?

Please no recommendations for a flat cake. I have that as a back up.

Any one use a mold like this with success? If so, what tips do you have?

Thank you,
Caroline
