I have just spoken to customer service at Food For Life regarding the
labeling confusion on their Millet Bread, which is labeled ""Wheat & Gluten Free",
but then lists rye flour on the ingredient list. They have assured me that
this bread is indeed gluten free and does not contain rye flour. This had
been an ingredient used over a year ago when the bread was only wheat free. The
rye flour was removed, the labeling was partially changed, however, the
company that prints their packaging made a printing mistake and used the old
ingredient list. The error is going to be corrected.
