My best friend when I was a teenager was a guy in a wheelchair with MD.
Fortunately, he lived long enough that he was in his mid forties when he
died.  He had married four years earlier and adopted two children.  I sure
miss him, too.  I would not have my two advanced ham radio licenses to this
day if it hadn't been for my friend helping me study for hours.  That
situation with Dan and his family is a tough one.  Jesus is still Lord,
though, even of the worst of the worst of situations.
