>>Hi There,
>>Unless the gambians learn what is the essence of leading with no strings
>>attached, then and only then will we organise without chaos. In an
>>organization like NADD since it is an alliance it does not matter who
>>leads since any decision making by any member should be discussed and
>>scrutinized before being executed. NADD's main Agenda as I have critically
>>analysed is to get rid of Jammeh, which in my own point of view will be
>>fruitless if after Jammeh is gone they would hustle and grapple
>>for position. I don't see any gratitude in this Organization since there
>>is no appreciation of each other and some of them have a hidden agenda
>>manifested by how their selection of a Flag bearer is Marred by Chaos.
>>NADD in my opinion is an alliance of politicians conciously toppling a
>>government democratically, while blindly moving to the future with their
>>different political philosophies hidden
>>in the closet. All NADD leaders that form the Alliance have different
>>political philosophies and if selecting a leader creates confusion, what
>>about forming a cabinet tommorrow and executing responsible governance. I
>>wonder if they will have the interest of The Gambia at heart and loyally
>>serve the people. I wonder what the future holds for the Gambia If such a
>>disintegrated alliance have our future in their hands, They will not be
>>any Better. Do not judge me wrong, An Alliance of leaders should promote,
>>but does not possess, Empowers, but does not take credit and lead without
>>dominating just as Halifa Sallah is being doing. But in my point of view
>>it should not be a fait accompli Alliance, all of them should be involved
>>in the political decision making and work in unison to accomplish goals
>>with effective planning, but if they are already falling apart who knows
>>what lies beneath the surface. How can NADD leaders, be resourceful
>>individuals If they can't have a balance in their dynamic Interaction with
>>each other and come to a conclusion, How can they inspire people if they
>>are not loyal themselves.
>>This is just my opinion and is open for debate, I know the truth hurts but
>>embracing it will only make us a better people. We will all disagree only
>>to agree at the end because the truth prevails and we are all bound for
>>it.
