HUH?????? Hereabouts folks sure don't brag about living under a bridge.
Our homeless population is growing so large that pretty soon all the
bridges will be taken. Please keep your homeless down there in the city.
Leave the bridges to the homeless, they need homes too. Ruth

DUMBO - acronymic for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass - is New
York's hottest neighborhood, at least as judged by latecomers like New York
Magazine and the like. While the first uses and origins of Soho, Tribeca,
and other names are murky, that of Dumbo, is not, and it's creation bears
much irony, given the prices of lofts there now (not to mention the more
recent avalanche of apartment buildings.
