I don't know what has change here, but here is a resource book for
prospective hams with disabilities.
It mentions tuning aids through Handy Hams for purchase.
I appreciate adaptive equipment for us, but for the life of me, a talking
SWR meter would be far to slow in providing information to be used with a
tuner.
