sorry, folks, my computer went back to html so I am sending this message
over again, hopefully, in plain text this time.

Tom, on the computer from which you want to export the address book; =
open outlook express and go to "file" and arrow down to "export" and =
press "enter." you will see a list of items you could export. the top =
choice is "address book" and you press "enter" on that. here you will =
have two choices, either1. "microsoft exchange personal address book" =
or 2. "tex tfile separated values". arrow down to "text file separated =
values", then, tab twice to find "export and press "enter." you will =
land in an edit box where you type the path to where you want to save =
the address book which in your case will likely be a floppy disk, =
followed by the file name such as a:\address book, etc. window eyes =
doesn't speak the path and file name in my computer for some reason =
although the entry will appear on the screen so don't be concerned if =
you can't read the edit box. jaws may read it okay. tab over to next and =
press "enter". then you will land on a list of items you want to include =
in the address book listings. you can arrow down through all of them, =
but the only items not checked are "first name" "last name" "middle =
name" and "nickname." press the spacebar to check or uncheck any item. =
tab over to "finish" and press enter and that's all there is to it. then =
you just need to take the floppy disk over to the new computer and, =
after opening outlook express, go to "file" and press "enter" on =
"import". you will be given two choices, "address book" or "other =
address book." arrow down to "other address book" and press "enter". you =
will land on a list of items to import and you want the last one which =
is "text file separated values". arrow down to it and tab over to =
import. you will land on an edit box where you type the path and file =
name of the address book you previously saved to the floppy disk. tab =
over to "finish" and you should have the old address book on your new =
computer. hope this helps. let us know.=20
