Singular has a new phone that speaks all of the options.  I just got an
email about it but can't find it right now.  However, yes, it is over $400
and I haven't heard of any deals for it.  I have had a cell phone for about
12 years and I haven't paid for one yet.  There always seems to be some sort
of free deal every time my contract comes up and I get a new phone.  If
anyone gets one of those new singular phones that they say are for the
visually impaired I sure would like to hear a review of them.
