Even had they not known, I would have thought that they knew they were
offering it to various dealers such as ILA, Ann Morris, etc. Also, as a
defense contractor, you might want to advise the Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs that they are in violation of the Americans with
Disabilities Act by refusing to sell/service a piece of equipment owned by a
person with a disability.

Interesting part of things is that they knew I was bind prior to my purchase
and
they didn't start throwing a fit until I tried to get the defective equipment
repaired.
