For some reason, I can't make the short cut file for WBT radio's stream
work.  When I enter on it, Winamp tries to bring it up, but it can't.  I get
a message that says some like, "You are in the Winamp main window which is
obscured."  I know this is an asp file, but all the other short cut files I
have for online streaming work fine and come up in Windows Media player.

Also, there was a time when I would click on a stream and it would just
stream the broadcast.  But lately, in many cases, Explorer has been
downloading the short cut file instead of merely streaming the broadcast and
I don't know why.  Any input would be appreciated.  73.
