Bob,
If you mean a radio that doesn't have any menus, you won't find anything
like that today. Having said that, I think you'll find that the TH-F6A is
probably one of the easiest radios available today. There's no law that
says you have to use every whistle and bell on it, though. Just use what
you're comfortable with, and learn it a little at a time as the spirit
moves you. I can't speak for anyone else, but I certainly didn't tackle
that radio (or any other) all at once. I've had mine for about two and a
half years now, and I don't think I've learned everything there is to know
about it yet, and there's a good chance that I never will. Just hang in
there, and don't let the mountain knock you down. Most people on this list
are very willing to answer questions, so just ask as many and as often as
you need to.
