It's more like coconut flakes with the chia seeds mixed in. She thought she
had an open bag so I could sample it but then she didn't. If I try it I will
let you know what it is like.

I did notice that the calories are very high and I can see that as easily
turning into one of those things I can't stay away from, much like nuts.
