Keith > Jim, What were the exercises? What weights did you lift? How
many reps?
We're getting completely off topic, but here goes. I did eight
exercises, one set per, and 4-6 reps 10 seconds up 10 seconds down to
momentatary muscular exhaustion. Leg curls on a machine followed
immediately by leg press machine. Calf raise machine. Dips
immediately followed by pullups with body weight. Lateral raise with
dumbbells. Standing bicep curl with barbell.
