For me, the more fat, the better I feel. (Well I mean up to a point
about "the more" lol) For me, 70-75% is good. "Weight" hasn't changed but
by a few pounds, but, the next size down jeans tells me plenty.
I'm eating alot of Olive oil in a salad dressing mixed 3 parts oil to 1
part lemon juice, some ground mustard (not much) and Mrs Dash table blend.
Sometimes, it's bit, uhhh tart, so I smooth is with just a smidgen, (Not
even that much really) of stevia powder. I like sunflower seeds all over
my greens and meat in the salad too. Seems to hold me a while and I have
great energy.
