<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

My mother and I went to wild oats health food store last week.
We had assumed that we could get a GF sandwich at their deli.
GF bread was not offered as a option and the sandwich ingredients
were not specified GF. We had breadless sandwiches(we were too hungry
to search elsewhere). I suffered some mild gastric distress which may
or may not have been from the sandwich.
I wrote to the website and explained our situation.
The response was quite favorable as they are now willing to offer GF
bread on request. And are investigating which of the sandwich ingredients
are GF......It's that squeeky wheel again!LOL
