Thanks to those who assured me that Hershey's labels can be trusted.  I have copied one post because it has useful addresses that others might want to access.  Jane

Hershey is among the companies that wont hide gluten.  That means that if there is any gluten in say:  modified food starch, they will say so.  
One has just to read the ingredients carefully, and it is enough.
