I've known since January 2000 that I am gluten-intolerant.  My
symptoms were frequent canker sores and a mild anemia.  Since going-
off gluten, for the most part the canker sores ended.  However I
still get them frequently enough to be concerned and after a long
period of trying to add and remove different foods from my diet, I am
very suspicious that corn also causes me to get canker sores.

Has anyone else found that corn causes problems like canker sores?
