Is laptop memory backwards compatible? I have an IBM T20 and would
like to upgrade the memory. It requires PC100 144 pin SODIMM. An
eBay seller advertises that PC133 can be used in place of PC100. I
knew this worked in desktops but thought it wouldn't in laptops. Any
thoughts?

Thanks
