Today is your luck day Mike.  At work today I needed to download the
drivers for a Paradise card.  The cards were originally made by Western
Digital who then sold them to another company.  Go to

http://www.westerndigital.com

and follow the support links and you will get to a page that has a link
to the current vendor.  They had the Win95 drivers for the card I have
and probably for the card you are looking for.  I will warn you that I
had frequent lockups with the PC and don't know if they are the video
card drivers (new) or the additional memory that I put in today.
