With those temps, my thought would be to give it a couple of days.  I know
you'd like to keep your record, but that's one reason VP'S are available,
for these kind of unforeseen circumstances.  They know what kind of record
you ride on, and one meeting missed, even if it is elections really
shouldn't make a difference.  So sorry this unfortunate weather has occurred
now.  But better be safe and warm.  That's probably what your council would
want too.

So glad to hear you had a marvelous time away.  No, I don't think you
mentioned your boyfriend.

Thanks for sharing the good news.  And we'll wait for other good news about
your trip home.  Let us know what you decided to do.
