In my last post, I didn't explain why I posted those scriptures. It is my
belief that those two explain how the prophets were used of God under the
Old Covenant, and how He speaks to us under the New Covenant. Under the
Old, by the mouth of the prophets because His Spirit had not yet been
poured out upon His people. Under the New, He speaks to us by His Spirit
given to the church at Pentecost. We can hear from Him directly, without
need that any man mediate.

1Ti m. 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus;

Some people confuse prophecy with wisdom!
And the wisdom comes from the Spirit of God, because scripture says
that Jesus has become to us Wisdom!

1Co 1:24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ
the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

1Co 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made
unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

But in order to share or speak the wisdom of
God in Christ Jesus, we must be absolutely tuned spiritually to that
wisdom. If we speak or write from the flesh, it could have
repercussions of lasting consequences for both the speaker, and for the
recipient of those words.

In His Love,
Helen
