1. easy way _ can I install over it as it is

2. Should I format the HD. I think Window 98 had that formatimg feature in
its boot up disk. How does that work with XP ?

3.  I am not sure how to handle the basic questions like deleting partition
or making partition on HD or making NFTS or Fat32 format etc. Is there a
web site which has step by step instructions on Firmating HD and installing XP_
