More and more frequently I see a message something like "msgsrv32 has
caused
an error in KRNL386.EXE and  will close.  Try restarting your machine if
error continues".  The OS is Windows Me.  It often appears when the
machine
freezes up necessitating a reboot from scratch.

Is there anything I need to be doing here?
