Two eggs a day are probably just fine - many on this list eat a lot many more. Obviously, you don't need to worry about the cholestrol - we've just covered that terrain comprehensively - however, the white contains a protein called avidin, a powerful anti-nutrient. I average two eggs a day - sometimes less, sometimes more - but I try to be careful not to eat too many more.
