I wish that I could have a button to turn myself off at night.  It's been
toss and turn and not comfortable then almost asleep then not quite there
but suddenly the brain kicks in and thoughts all over thge place.  I hate
nights like these.  I am wishing for Saturday at this second so that I can
at least sleep in the morning!  Sigh.  Work calls.  Sleepy!!!
