First of all, welcome to the echurch list.  In the country where I live, Malta, Europe, we have no bible or other texts in our
language, Maltese.  What we do, is either someone reads it on tape and we take it down in Braille or someone dictates it
to us directly.  I use the first option if and where possible and have a Perkins Braille machine to transcribe the material.  It
is a slow laborious process but worth it in the end.
