While we're figuring shortcuts, can someone tell me the key combination for
the hard and warm reset of the HTX202?

I'm trying to help a blind friend set one up, and accidentally changed the
repeater offset. Of course, I have no idea how I did that, so, I can't
automatically undo it by reversing the steps.
