That works if you have a chatty controller on your machine but we don't have chatty controllers on
our network.  We will need to come up with a different way to address the problem and I can already
see the discussions this will bring about at our meetings.

In southeastern Connecticut the PL tone frequency is sent on a regular
basis.  Anyone traveling through will get the PL tone very shortly.  73.
