Hi.
For anyone who is wondering about the accessibility of this radio, it is
quite good. The VS1 voices both frequency and PL tones, and the mode keys
identify themselves in CW when pressed. Of all of the mobile all mode
radios that I've owned, and I've had a few, this one has the best receiver
of the bunch.
This is one of Kenwood's better radios for weak signal work and better than
many in the accessibility department.
