Hello, PCBuild,
As far as my knowledge goes the BIOS beeps countinously if there is No Ram or faulty ram.

stick of memory.  If you have multiple DIMMS , try removing them one at a
time to see if the PC will start.  Quick, easy, cheap for a first attempt.
