Callebaut cocoa is as smooth as silk.  I ordered it in October but never
opened the bag until two weeks ago.  My taste buds discovered something
they'd never had before.   I tried it straight out of the bag.  It's a high
fat cocoa.  Who needs the sugar?  Callebaut and hot water make a delicious
drink.
