A buddy of mine and I were discussing diets a few years ago (I had read
Paleolithic Prescription at that time), including the Zone, Atkins, etc.
We decided that diets that were good for diabetics were good for
everybody.

I would think, in the case of diabetics, they would need to monitor
thier
sugar levels as usual but I don't think paleo would not be advised as a
good
diet for them.

In factr it might be better for them but they would have to watch thier
carbs.
